About 65,000 customers. Any Milwaukee PC customer who used a credit card to make a purchase.

Consumers should place a fraud alert on their credit report and cancel the credit card used at Milwaukee PC. Customers should contact their local Milwaukee PC store (http://milwaukeepc.com) with any questions or concerns. Milwaukee PC is working with a risk management team to determine how the breach occurred.

Details

180 Consumers, 90% of which are Wisconsin residents

The online store used by the Association was hacked in early June and some individuals affected have experienced fraudulent charges on their credit cards as a result. The Association has filed a police report, contacted their credit card processor and notified those affected. The online store was deactivated by the Association on June 12, 2007. Individuals affected are advised to close any credit card accounts that were involved in purchases to the online store and contact our office if you experience fraud as a result of this breach.

Cedarburg School District

Names, Addresses, SSN# and possible financial records associated with direct deposit payroll accounts

Who’s affected
Details

Approximately 900 employees for the school district.

Cedarburg High School students accessed employee's personal information from a home computer when the information was placed on a District's shared network folder. The folder has since been moved and secured. Local law enforcement is investigation the incident. Those affected have been notified of the breach of data.
