Class Action Settlement for Consumers Affected by TJX Hackers

If you were affected by criminals who hacked into customer files of TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and affiliated stores, you may be eligible for a class action settlement offer of vouchers, cash benefits, credit monitoring, identity theft insurance, and reimbursements.

The Wisconsin Department Of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has compiled this information from the proposed class action settlement.

Who's Included
Anyone who made a purchase or return from September 2, 2003 through January 17, 2007 at a TJX Store and believe their personal information was compromised as a result. This may have been indicated to you by a credit card company card closure notification or by receiving a letter of notification from TJX directly.

What to Do

1. Read the settlement to determine if you qualify and to determine your action.
2. To file a claim:

Call 1-(866)-523-6770 or go to the website www.TJXsettlement.com and fill out a claim form, sign it, include documentation it requires and mail it to the address provided on the claim form. The earliest deadline is May 29, 2008.
